Service Manager Vacancy - Northampton Main Dealer

Due to their current Service Manager retiring, our client, a large and very reputable dealership, is looking to recruit an experienced Automotive Service Manager to join their team in Northampton. The Role

• Manage a team of 4, including a Service Advisor, a Warranty Advisor and 2 Parts People
• Oversee day-to-day service desk operations
• Continue to give the highest level of customer service at all times
• Liaise constantly with the technical teams to ensure communication is delivered to customers
• Maintain a continuous support and training function to your team
• Handle any potential queries from ongoing issues with customers

 

Experience Required
 

• Experience in a Service manager or Senior Service Advisor role within a main dealership
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Understanding of warranty processes and procedures
• Have exceptional Customer Service experience


• Location: Northampton
• Basic Salary: £40,000 + Bonus
• OTE: £48,000
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm
• 1 in 3 Saturdays
