Job: Service Coordinator

We are recruiting for an experienced Service and Installation Co-ordinator / Resource Planner to join an exciting team based in Rushden, Northampton.

The role is interesting and challenging, involving managing complex and demanding requirements within our field service and spare parts operation.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:

A bright, agile and enquiring mind capable of multi-tasking and problem-solving
Be disciplined, organised and with meticulous attention to detail C
apable of meeting demanding timescales under pressure in a dynamic and pressured environment
Robust, clear and accurate communication, both verbal and written
Be worldly-wise and have been outside of their comfort zone
Previous experience of planning complex activities with customers, suppliers or field engineers
Competence of working in technical and complex environments
Building strong relationships with customers and engineers, at all levels within the organisation
A positive, flexible and adaptable attitude
