We have a great opportunity to work for a fantastic company based in Northampton. This role is to support the development of our client’s proprietary software from the design brief to the release and beyond.
Duties and responsibilities
- Working closely with the Digital Product Team Leader to further develop software
- Support of legacy code and the specification and development of new features
- Working closely with the Software Tester on an on-going basis to evaluate and refine software output.
- Assisting in project planning, scoping and problem solving in terms of software
- Other ad hoc duties including creative design input, attending meetings etc
Education and experience
- Degree level education is essential (within a relevant subject)
- C#.Net programming knowledge
- Good numerical knowledge
- Good attention to detail and highly organised
- Experience working to KPIs
- Silverlight programming knowledge
- Mac OS X experience
- Ideally experience in USB application communication and user interface design
- Independent, self-reliant with excellent interpersonal skills
