We are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Advisor that will be tasked with the dealing with straight forward stock as well as bespoke enquiries that will demand a focused and bright approach to match the needs of clients.
Key Tasks:
• Liaising with customers, suppliers & third party carriers
• Negotiating prices with clients to match requirements
• Processing orders and quotations to customer requirements
• Processing purchase orders to suppliers
• Product support to customers
• Pro-active selling and monitoring of established customers
• Following orders through from start to finish
• Working with external sales team
• Achieving set monthly team sales targets
• Accurate communication with all departments and regional sites
• Database maintenance
• Maintain overview of stock profile
Additional Duties:
• Answering telephone calls for other departments
• Carry out any other reasonable tasks as requested by the company
• Observe and maintain recognised Health & Safety standards
Candidate Requirements:
• Ability to think outside the box and negotiate
• Ability to gain the customers trust through competence and a willingness to go the extra mile.
• An enthusiastic person with a real desire to work as part of a team and strive to gain true Customer/Supplier partnerships would suit this role perfectly.
