Job: ***DESIGN ENGINEER WANTED FOR TOP CIVIL ENGINEERING COMPANY***

My client who are a an industry leading civil engineering company based in Northamptonshire, are looking for an Experienced Design Engineer to join their growing team. This position will involve working alongside some other highly experienced design engineers. This position would be ideal for someone who has previous experience within civil engineering and a mind for problem solving.

The role will involve a strong capability in the use of AutoCAD/REVIT. They will need someone who will be able to undertake design related to tower cranes and hoists, in particular: the design of crane bases and ties in structural steel, along with mobile crane planning. An ability to detail connections and structural steelwork would also be beneficial, along with skills in TEKLA and other structural analysis such as ROBOT

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a similar industry with experience in working with steel / metal structures and an appreciation for construction methods. Recent use of AutoCAD as is the experience of using REVIT. They are offering a starting salary of up to £35,000 plus benefits.
