We are currently recruiting for a 6 month contract for a Data Analyst/MI Analyst to join a world renowned company based in Northampton.
Duties will include:
• Providing Data Analytical support to the Productivity Team.
• Drive the examination process at selected “Dig Sites†using data as the foundation for developing dialogue. Engage stakeholders and decision makers to enable decisions and progress.
• Using Company databases on Specifications, Usage and routings, Bills of Materials and costs, drive a data based review of component and formulation practices and dynamics.
• Provides data for other groups. Suggest suitable approaches and processes. Present data with recommendation to stakeholders and decision makers.
• Supports other project workers. May manage own projects. Coordinate effectively with co-workers, stakeholders and other affected groups and managers
• This is a fairly complex role requiring the ability to translate data into proposals.
The candidate would need to have the ability to see trends and develop data driven arguments. Would need to be confident, enthusiastic and bright with advanced Excel skills. Other essential skills would be attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
No specific industry knowledge needed but knowledge of business processes and/or project work would be advantageous.
