We have just taken an extremely interesting and diverse role for our client based in Northampton.
This role is a 50/50 split between internet community management and inbound sales.
You will spend 50% of the time managing the social media of the company (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc)
This will include monitoring what is being said about the organisation using tools such as Google Alerts, Klout, Hootsuite and Radian6. Being solely responsible for the Twitter account and participate in online conversations relating to the companies product portfolio mean you must be able to communicate in a professional/business-like online manner. You will also work closely with the social media manager to identify potential blogs, customer websites and other sites for refer a friend, affiliate, partnership and link building iniatives.
You will also be involved in Marketing tasks and be the liaison between the contact centre and the marketing team.
The other 50% of the role will be an Inbound Sales Consultant. Your role will involve taking incoming calls and selling commercial insurance products which meet customers needs and requirements. You will be working to targets and have proven sales ability previously.
This role is a great mix of Sales and Marketing and offers variation and skill development.
