To ensure the effective planning of engineerÂ’s allocation of time in areas of the UK to make sure customer’s SLA’s are met.
You will have worked in a Call Centre before, be a team player, be assertive and able to work well under pressure.
The ideal candidate will be computer literate, a good decision maker, excellent communicator, have the skill to prioritise and be a problem solver.
You must make sure that customerÂ’s SLAÂ’s are met at all times and engineers are
at the required site at the correct time every time and provide the customers with ETAÂ’s.
A good geographic knowledge of Scotland would be useful along with an understanding of travelling times between destinations. You will have the ability to understand the impact of traffic issues and find resolutions when needed.

Hours of work 9.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday
