My client requires enthusiastic and committed individuals to support their highly skilled care teams. The role involves the development and implementation of Policies and Procedures, and the development of HR systems including absence monitoring and pay systems. A good working knowledge of employment law is requires and you will also work with Managers to resolve employee relations issues and develop strategies to meet HR challenges.
You will ideally be working towards CIPD status, and have proven practical HR advisory experience within a complex environment. You will need excellent communication skills at all levels, problem solving ability and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
