We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity of Human Resources Business Partner to work for a dynamic organisation based in Northampton. This opportunity will be an integral part of the team responsible for all aspects of HR to ensure provision of a commercially sound, people focused service, work with the Service Directors to implement Organisation Development strategies that make a real difference to performance and contribute to improving the bottom line.
You should have a proven track record as a HR Practitioner/Business Partner and a strong background in effectively managing projects. The role encompasses all that comes with this HR higher level role.
