Telesales Team Leader to join a large insurance company based in Northampton.
The purpose of the role is to supervise the Business Retention Outbound Team ensuring that they reduce General Policy cancellations through pro-active and reactive customer contact.
As Team Leader you are to ensure that team members provide an exceptional level of customer service through monitoring departmental flow works, provide coaching and development in order to meet company objectives. In addition you will carry out regular team meetings and prepare weekly and monthly Management Information for retention results.
The perfect candidate should ideally:
· Ideally have knowledge of Insurance and general product range.
· Minimum 2 years outbound supervisory experience
· Sales experience as an advantage
· Experience in dealing with management at all levels
