We are currently searching for two Telesales Advisors to join a successful insurance company based in Northampton.
The objective of the role is to reduce General Insurance cancellations through pro-active customer contact via the phone. It is important to improve satisfaction of retained and lost customers so an obvious high level of customer services is imperative when advising options and how they may wish to proceed with their general insurance arrangements.
The perfect candidate should ideally have:
· A robust attitude to outbound calling
· An extremely self motivating attitude
· Ideally a knowledge of general insurance products
· Minimum two years sales/customer service experience
· Experience in dealing with management at all levels
