We currently require an Inbound Sales Advisor to join a successful insurance company based in Northampton.
You will be responsible for ensuring the retention of customers via the phone. You must show a degree of empathy but the ability to advise other potential options to customers calling in. This of course required the highest level of customer service using compliant telephone scripts when necessary to ensure that a correct non-advised sales process is adhered to.
The perfect candidate should ideally have:
· Ideally a knowledge of general insurance products
· Minimum two years customer service experience
· Experience in dealing with management at all levels
· Inbound sales / cross selling is essential.
