Requirement 

We know that the ‘fit’ is just as important as the experience, so we will take as detailed a brief as possible, ideally via meeting, so we have a full understanding of your requirements and what you are seeking. If you do not have a job description, we will produce one for you and will only proceed once we have your authorisation.

We utilise an online ATS multiposter to simultaneously list your vacancy to all of your industry’s leading job boards, along with all of our social media feeds, including LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook. This enables us to search across all of our available platforms, aggregating them into one portal for speed and to ensure we aren’t missing any potential candidates. We will combine this with our own database of over 50,000 candidates and our trusted RPO partner who has access to every major job board, thus ensuring that your vacancy gets full exposure.

Screen 

Every candidate will be fully screened on their experience and suitability for the role, through skype video, telephone or from a face to face meeting at our recruitment agency in Northampton. We are always transparent and will provide full details of the vacancy and the company so the candidates are always fully briefed. We will undertake any background checks requested and have access to an online assessment portal should you need to test candidates’ skills in any particular area. When submitting for shortlist, CVs will be presented with the consultants’ reasons for submission, current and expected salary, notice period and location.

 

Interview 

We organise all interviews and ensure candidates are fully prepared; they are given a copy of the job description, your company website, your history and culture as well as your processes and products or services. We maintain contact with candidates prior to the interview to ensure they have received all the necessary details, and have undertaken any preparations required, as recommended. Following the interview, we will manage the feedback process for both parties, we will always endeavour to give as in-depth and constructive feedback as possible. During the offer process we manage any negotiations to ensure the process is smooth and that both parties are able to find a positive outcome.

Aftercare

We will stay in touch with the candidate prior to them commencing their employment with you, to ensure their commitment. We will check in with you and the candidate on their first day and then on a periodical basis, to make sure both parties are happy and to ensure your new employee integrates as seamlessly as possible.
